Converge: yoga, fitness, boutique Larkridge Shopping Center
End your weekend with an opportunity to slow down, reset, and prepare for the week ahead. During this gentle restorative sound bath, you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, a gong, an ocean drum, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. As your body settles into a state of rest, stress melts away, allowing space for mental clarity, emotional balance, and more restorative sleep. You Don’t Need to Try Harder to Relax

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or constantly “on,” you’re not alone.

Many of us carry stress in our bodies long after the day ends. Stress lives in the nervous system — not the to-do list.

This sound bath is an invitation to let your body do the work for you — no meditation experience required, no pressure to “clear your mind.”

Just arrive, get comfortable, and receive.
