With over 20 years of experience in energetic and intuitive wellness practices — and a lifelong interest in music — I offer sound baths as a gentle space for restoration and renewal. Trained by the Sound Healing Academy, I’ve experienced firsthand how sound can ease pain, support deep sleep, and heal emotional exhaustion. My nervous-system-aware practice is rooted in presence, care, and a deep trust in the body’s innate ability to return to balance through sound.
